Thanks to Flupke I found this forum back again.
Maybe here we can spread our feelings about his dead, maybe share some memories or something.

I guess all of us, the admins, are full of the fact there is no more "chicken without a head" and what's gonna happen now.
Lot's of you guys are here for many years, I'm "only" here for about 6 mounths. I guess you guys are having it even harder then me.

This site was his life, as long as this site is alive Danny is also. I really hope we can find a way to keep him alive.

YES Johan it's very sad he's gone.

And I also hope we can continue the site, I'm trying to contact his family.

Only the future will tell, I hope it works

    Grts,

Since I am here on this website, for about 3 years, I changed a lot of messages with Danny. He helped me a lot with my requests. In ALL of them. It was HERE and not in Portugal, that I found the wondeful cycling ranking of my uncle Eduardo Lopes, the most important portuguese sprinter and pistard in the years 40. The role of Danny was very important to the preservation of world cycling history. This is undoubtedly the most important cycling website all over the world. I hope he will not ever close. NEVER! I appeal to new administrators to keep it alive. In Danny homage. Thanks Danny. Rest in Peace with God!
