ASCANI Luca (Ita) initially won the Italian Time Trial Championships, but tested positive for the use of EPO. Gianluca COLETTA initially finished 14th in this championship, but tested positive for triamcinolon acetonide in April. Both riders are therefore disqualified from this race.
