Team Lampre reached the agreements for the signing of two important riders for the next two seasons. In 2009 and 2010 Enrico Gasparotto and Mauro Da Dalto will ride in blue-fucsia.

Gasparotto, born in Sacile (Pn) in 1982, is a rider that join stamina and quickness, characteristics that allowed him to obtain 7 victories as pro since 2005: the most important ones are the Italian Championship in 2005, Memorial Cimurri in 2006 and one stage in De Panne in 2008. Gasparotto wore the first pink jersey in Giro d'Italia 2007. He raced for Liquigas and, in 2008, for Barloworld.

Da Dalto is a strong rouleur, born in 1981 in Conegliano (Tv). Pro since 2006, he has always run in Liquigas, showing a good versatility in every race, especially in the races of the North.

Starting from August, in Lampre there will be three trainees: Vitaly Buts, Jaroslaw Dabrowski e Carlo Saronni.
The Ukrainian Vitaly Buts is born in 1986 and he races for Ngc Pagnoncelli. Many victories in the amateurs, the most important one is Giro delle Regioni in 2008.
Jaroslaw Dabrowksi is a Polish climbers. Born in 1983, 174 cm of height and 59 kg, he raced for Norda Atala.
Carlo Saronni, born in 1984, is from Team Unidelta directed by Bruno Leali. He's a rouleur that has always shown regularity and a great passion inherited by his father Giuseppe.

"We've signed two cyclists that will make our team more competitive - Giuseppe Saronni, Lampre's manager, explained - Gasparotto has reached maturity and he has also obtained valuable victories. It will be important for the team and he will be supported in the races most suitable for him. Da Dalto will be a key rider in the North campaigne since he can give a contribution of experience and strenghtness to riders such Ballan and Spilak; but we'd like to improve his value all along the season, in fact we think qualities are of high level. then, in the next month we'll give to three youngsters the chance to try to run in the pro world: maybe they could be intersting riders for the future".
